We encourage the integration of mealworm rearing projects in schools into the school curriculum. Students should be able to learn about the life cycle of insects, nutrition in the wider perspective, and the inter-relationship between the different things in the environment. MAMAH organizes science fairs in schools where students present the different concepts related to mealworm production and consumption in a way that encourages learning and practical application and transferability of the knowledge and skills gained into the real life.
